Helpful tips for downloading and
playing the
videos.

| Most people can play
the videos by simply clicking the appropriate file, that matches their
computer and connection speed. The file should start streaming down and
playing. If you
haven't tried that yet, click here. |

| Easy
Troubleshooting Steps: |
- Try right-clicking and saving the complete file
first. If your video is still jerky, try a smaller file (that has
been encoded at a lower bit rate). This fixes most common video
problems.
- If trying to stream the video, but it stutters at first, pause the video
for a few seconds until it downloads a little more.
- Even if you have a modem, if you are use to waiting while downloading larger files on your 28K-56K connection, try the
medium 4-Mb file. It's about the size of a common MP3 file, and it's much better than the
smallest file.
- For Netscape users: Right-click and "Save Link As".
After it downloads completely, open the file from "My Computer".
If the file you download reports being corrupt, try this
zip file.
- You should have it, but if
you need the free Windows Media Player:
WinXP (Included in OS) ,
Win98/Me/2000 ,
Win95/NT4 . Videos should play in player versions 6.4 and higher.
They also might play in applications like Music-Match, that are registered in the operating system to
play .wmv files.
